The fee for our services will be based on the treatment required to correct your endodontic problem. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.

Endodontic fees usually range from $900 to $1,500 per tooth and it is our policy that suitable arrangements for payment be made at the time of treatment.

Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express.  (A $50 returned check fee will be charged for any check that is returned by your bank).

If you have Dental Insurance:

As a courtesy we submit any claims for you to your insurance carrier, but filing an insurance claim does not relieve you of responsibility for your bill. Paradise Valley Endodontic Group is not responsible for any coverage denials by dental plans. We require any co-pays and deductibles to be made at the time our services are rendered.

Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment possible for our patients and we charge what is usual and customary for our area which may be different from your insurance company's actual reimbursement to us.

If any balance remains AFTER your insurance has paid, a statement will be sent and prompt payment is expected for the services provided.  Keep in mind, late fees will be applied to any unpaid balances 30 days.

If you DO NOT have Dental Insurance:

For those without dental insurance we require payment in full at the time of service.

What If?

Most treatments in our office progress as anticipated.  Occasionally we will begin treatment intent on "saving" the tooth, only to find that the tooth is non-restorable.  This may be due to a significant crack or fracture, inability to find canals or not enough tooth structure to restore it.

After a thorough exam, the patient will be informed of this possibility prior to beginning treatment.  Should your Endodontist determine that a tooth is non-restorable, then a flat fee of $425.00 will be charged for the time and effort spent to attempt successful root canal therapy.
